I've never been one to eat breakfast even if I had the time too, just never hungry in the morning.I started taking these shakes as a way to boost my metabolism as soon as my day starts plus since mixing a shake isn't that time consuming I decided this was something I could stick to. First off, the shake mixes very easily. I personally don't even use a blender. A shaker works just fine plus dissolves all the small particles. These taste alot better than you would think too. I brought the nutrient facts in to my trainer plus got a big thumbs up. My friend who is a R.D. also agreed with the contents as being a great meal replacement, especially for the morning. It's been 4 weeks plus I'm 6 pounds lighter. Now this may not seem very good to some people but you have to realize I've been stuck at the same weight for almost six months previous...
