So far I have only tried this wrap once...I did lose some inches, but it was nothing too impressive, I lost one inch from around my waist, plus one inch on my left thigh, plus half an inch on my right thigh...so I guess essentially it did do what it was supposed to, it just wasnt as dramatic a difference as I'd hoped for. I'm going to try again, but this time I'm going to try to do some light excercise while wrapped...supposedly that gives better results. Overall, I'd reccomend this product because it is a hell of a lot cheaper than paying a salon to do it, plus if you do it right, you get about the same results as you would in a salon. No, it's not as relaxing as a salon wrap, but atleast you can do it...
