If you stick with the program, you will see results. I'm unsure how long they will last.The flavor of the vanilla is good, but it has a strange texture. I mix mine with a magic bullet blender plus it ends up in almost a jelly like state. The fiber packs are decent, it's difficult to get a whole bottle down due to the texture. It's like drinking sandy water. The flavor is tolerable. I dislike the fact that the pills don't really say what they are or what their action is. Take a chance if you wanna lose a few pounds.
