I have suffered from moderate lower back pain for some time, as well as sinus congestion plus (recently) slight water retention in my ankles. Short of spending large sums of money to undergo lymphatic massage, I decided to try this product. After just 4 sessions, my back pain, ankle water retention plus sinus congestion was noticeably less. My husband uses this same machine plus reports his upper back plus shoulder pain have subsided greatly. This machine arrived in excellent condition plus prior to its expected delivery date. I highly suggest not only purchasing this machine but also purchasing this machine from this seller. The swing action is gentle plus loosens the muscle tension/stress in the body. I feel a release after using the machine for a mere five minutes. The Swing Master Deluxe model is far superior to the original in that it gives you the option of adjusting the speeds through a hand-held controller. This is a very important plus key feature in my opinion. I suggest that one also compares the Chi Vitalizer, as this is definitely my favorite of the chi machines! It is good, however if I had the resourses I would have gotten a model that uses an eliptical pattern rather than the simple side to side motion this one offers.
