This review is from: Smart For Life 21-Day Weight Management Kit - Diet Cookies I have only been eating the cookies for about a week, but have already lost 6 pounds! The program is very easy to follow, plus convenient for busy people--just grab plus go. I have not been hungry at all. The first day is the hardest because you are not sure if they will satisfy you, but they do. The hardest part for me is keeping my willpower in social situations, but that's not the cookies' fault!
