This has been one of many supplements I've tried lately in an effort to lose weight plus lower my b.f. percentage to a respectable level, plus to the credit of this manufacturer...they didn't make me sick. Which is something I cannot say about other "appetite suppressants" I've tried. Besides my morning coffee, taking caffeine (or caffeine filled pills) never made me feel very good. The most noticeable results I have had has been with raspberry ketones, Raspberry Ketones Bulk Powder 50 Grams. Yes, I watch Dr. Oz plus first heard about them from him but I also did my own research plus more importantly I tried them plus I'm currently taking them now. After a month, I'm down 6 pounds... I also notice I am not as hungry, in general. And I LOVE that there are no weird side effects, no jitteriness, no shaking, etc., like you find when taking caffeinated diet pills.
