I know because I have bought the real stuff for years plus when I used the ebay suff once plus didn't see a difference right away, I tested it against the real stuff by tasting it. They were nothing alike. The real stuff has a tangy flavor somewhat like alpha hydroxy but not quite. I wrote to the company plus asked for my money back plus they said they were happy to refund it, as long as I returned the product, which I did, but my money was never refunded plus then they changed their name. I should have contacted ebay plus filed a formal complaint immediately but by the time I got around to doing it, it was too late...
