4 of 4 people found the following review helpful  Best Multi Vitamin for High Activity Level, February 2, 2010 This review is from: Hammer Nutrition Premium Insurance Caps-powerful Multivitamin/Mineral Supplement-Dietary Supplement, 210 Count (Health plus Beauty) I'm a long distance road cyclist in which I typically log an average 250 miles per week plus ride 200 mile/day events. I've tried several different vitamins from various companies claiming that their vitamins are the best for athletes. However Hammer Nutrition's Premium Insurance Caps are the only ones that actually work, for me. My husband even started taking them, even though he doesn't have the same activity level as me, plus he says they have made a big difference during his work day. So unless Hammer comes out with an even better option, which I can't imagine happening, my husband plus I are sticking with Premium Insurance Caps. They do exactly what is advertised; fill in nutrition gaps in your diet with vitamins plus minerals. My favorite thing about these vitamins is that the serving size is 7 tablets so you can spread them out over the course of the day to get maximum benefit rather than just taking all your vitamins once a day.
