It's not a bit oily; just pure moisture that also has some nice toning properties to it. I don't know what the little tiny 'shovel' is for; I just tap the surface with my finger to dab it onto my face. I love that it has no bleaches or fragrance in it. Maybe that's why it goes such a long way; it doesn't contain "designer" fillers. I don't find it necessary to keep reapplying this throughout the day like I do with other facial moisturizers. I love this stuff! |
