So I wrote a neutral review this morning plus this afternoon I got a reply.. YES, same day. I simply said that I love the products by Eminence plus was a bit dismayed that the wrapping was stuck to the bottle due to leakage. If you are a Eminence buyer then you know inexpensive isn't a word associated with the product. They sent me a reply apologizing for the packaging, plus stated that they will try much harder to not have that happen again. Just the fact that they are diligent in reading their reviews plus contacting me, on what some other sellers would have seen as not a problem makes me smile. I have never found a line as exquisite as Eminence! This moisturizer leave my oily/combination/aging skin feeling wonderful. Products through Amazon.com are less expensive than the local day spas.
