I do take extra vitamins, but this is special, plus it reacts to me in a special way: Easy to take, easy to remember. A neighbor commented on my healthy look, plus I gave her a bottle of Sea Buckthorn. She, too, is hooked. I have taken two capsules twice a day for nearly a year now. I consider it an investment in my health plus well being. (I am an RN, plus generally suspicious of internet "cure-alls"). As long as I can afford to buy this product, I will.
