In putative class actions in federal court in Newark, customers say they face unauthorized credit card charges, difficulty returning products, unwanted shipments of products plus other problems. Customers who call to complain "are verbally abused plus refused any recourse," the plaintiffs allege in one of the suits, Gray v. Hydroxatone LLC, 11-cv-4586, filed Monday. The plaintiffs allege violations of the N.J.
