A friend that runs marathons recommended it to me when I was complaining about painful hips keeping me awake. I tried other supplements that were suppose to help, but none did. This made a huge difference in about a week. Other friends said it took closer to 2 weeks before they could tell an improvement. I take 2 every night; more if I am training for a race or doing heavy yard work. To me, it has been worth every penny. Went to the orthopedic doctor about 4 months ago plus was given a cortisone shot plus braces, also did some exercises. 2 months after this treatment, I only felt 50% better. The pain plus inflammation waere still there. I took this tissue rejuvenator plus started feeling the difference after 2 weeks. It's been about 2 months since I took these, plus now my elbow is 100% back to normal! I strongly recommend this product to anyone with joint problems.
