It can be used on almost everyone (only a tiny bit for very sensitive or sun burnt skin) When I use it at home, I leave it on for about 15 minutes like a masque, then I dampen my fingertips, plus start scrubbing away at my face with only the water that is on my fingers - that is when i need a really good, strong exfoliation. My skin looks Amusing after wards.If you're an Eminence junkie like myself plus you own the Hungarian Herbal Mud or the Lime Stimulating Masque, trying layering either one on top of the Pear & Poppy for 15 minutes, you'll be amazed! This product is the best scrub I have ever used. Just as the other reviewers said, it isn't harsh plus leaves your face feeling as smooth as a baby's bum. I first bought this product in a spa plus thought it was a little pricey. But, after trying the drugstore brands like Neutrogena Wave pads($12-fail) after they discontinued Neutrogena Ageless scrub ($14), I thought, "What the Hell. It's only money." Thank God I did! I constantly get compliments on my skin. And I feel beautiful everyday...like a spry 20 year old instead of some old hag. You can't lose with this stuff.
